%X Advances in sensor technology, allowed a much more understanding detailed of the various types of targets such as environmental targets, highlighting the discrimination of the varieties and diversity of plant species, spectral behavior of agricultural crops in different stages of development, water resources and other possibilities. The use of the radiometers hyperspectral imager sensor AisaFENIX, captures information in many contiguous and narrow spectral bands, ranging from 380 2500 nm, with high spectral and spatial resolution, providing image scene with its respective spectral curve, leading to better understanding and detailing of targets of interest. Based on that, the objective of this study is evaluates the potential of using hyperspectral system in determining different environmental targets through the use of portable sensor AisaFENIX observing the spectral data. To this end, aerial surveys by airplane model PA-34-200T Seneca II with the sensor on board, were performed May 1st and 2nd of 2016, covering areas of the north central and northwest regions of Paraná State, Brazil. The flight altitude was 600 meters to collect images with spatial resolution of 0,5 meters. It was noted wide variation in the spectral behavior due to differences in morphological, biochemical and structural composition in different species analyzed, therefore being able obtain estimates of biodiversity and species, being fundamental to provide useful information for conservation planning and management.
